The structure of the double screw press:


It is composed of front support, feeding hopper, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag discharge tank and other components. The left load-bearing plate of the screw spindle bearing is in the roller bearing seat, and the right load-bearing plate is in the handwheel belt seat bearing, and the motor works spirally according to a pair of triangular pulley drivers.


The rotation direction of the screw main shaft bearing of the double-screw press is clockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag tank. The raw material is added into the hopper, and it is pushed by the screw under force. The squeezed liquid is injected into the bottom juice extractor through the filter screen, and the waste is discharged through the gap between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The pressure regulating head moves along the axial direction to adjust the size of the gap. When transporting the bearing with seat of the handwheel clockwise (from the slag discharge tank of the mechanical equipment to the hopper), the pressure regulating head moves to the left, the gap becomes smaller, and the gap increases on the contrary. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the frictional resistance of slag discharge, can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, some residue particles will be squeezed through the filter screen under the super strong squeeze. Although the juice output has increased, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced, and the gap size should be determined according to the customer's actual processing technology.


Features of double screw press machine:


1. The press is not afraid of damage to complex materials, and the water is discharged smoothly, relying on the effective cooperation of the screw and the screen to achieve the purpose of separation.


2. The equipment is small in size, saves floor space, low energy consumption, no vibration, no noise, fully automated equipment, and saves labor costs.


3. For the food industry and fruit and vegetable processing industry, all the screens of the press are two-stage sieves, which can be easily disassembled and cleaned thoroughly.


4. The press adopts hydraulic control, and the driving force for adjusting the front and rear movement of the dry and wet tail vertebra can be a hand wheel. The operating state is relatively stable, and the extraction and dehydration process is easy to operate.


5. The helix adopts double-leaf split-push type, with fast extraction speed and small return flow.


6. Select the forced feeding plate equipment, move the screw forward to speed up the feeding speed, and avoid reverse material and deviation.
